Battery Production Line: The battery is the core component of the electric vehicle, and its production line includes the assembly, welding, testing, and PACK packaging of battery modules. Modern battery production lines tend to be highly automated and information-based to improve production efficiency and product quality.

 

Motor Production Line: The motor production line includes the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of stators and rotors. These processes require precise machining and automated technology.

 

Final Vehicle Assembly Line: On the final vehicle assembly line, body welding, painting, and final assembly are carried out, including the installation of interior, exterior, electronic equipment, and power systems.

 

Final Testing: At the final stage of the production line, the performance testing, safety testing, and quality inspection of the entire vehicle are conducted to ensure that every vehicle that comes off the line meets the standards.

 

Environmental Impact: The EV production line also needs to consider environmental impacts, such as the treatment of exhaust gases, wastewater, and noise, to achieve green production.
