Light Truck Assembly Line
The process flow of a light truck assembly line is a critical link in ensuring the quality of the entire vehicle, involving the following main steps:
Frame Assembly: The frame is the core of the light truck chassis, including the assembly of longitudinal beams and crossbeams, involving processes such as roll forming, CNC gusset punching, plasma cutting, and bending.
Wiring and Pipeline Layout: The wiring serves as an important connection part of the entire vehicle chassis, which needs to be laid from the front to the rear of the vehicle, with the brake pipeline designed inside the frame belly.
Front and Rear Axle Assembly: The front and rear axles include brake assembly, shock absorber assembly, etc., which are usually combined on the sub-assembly platform and then hoisted online as a whole.
Engine Installation: The engine is pre-assembled on the sub-assembly line, then hoisted to the chassis line for assembly and fixed, connecting the transmission and driveshaft.
Interior Assembly: After the vehicle body enters the main line, interior assembly is carried out, including the installation of in-car wiring, pipelines, and central control equipment.
Electronic System Assembly: This includes wiring connections, ECU plugging, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle's electronic system.
Exhaust System Assembly: After the engine assembly is completed, the exhaust system is assembled.
Small Parts Assembly: This includes the assembly of steering machines, steering systems, air conditioning pipes, fuel tank systems, driveshafts, body locking mechanisms, tilting mechanisms, mudguards, etc.
Door and Body Assembly: After the interior, chassis, and other accessories are assembled, the doors and body are assembled together.
Complete Vehicle Adjustment: After assembly is completed, necessary adjustments such as four-wheel alignment and light adjustment are carried out.
Quality Inspection: Carry out strict quality inspections including electrical checks, appearance checks, lighting, four-wheel alignment, drum tests, exhaust emissions, etc.
These steps ensure that every link on the light truck assembly line can meet high-quality standards, thereby producing reliable performance and safety-compliant light truck products.
